Sr. Director, IT Product Management - Merchandising for Bristol FarmsLOCATION:

Carson, CAJOB DUTIES:

Responsible for planning and delivering all business capabilities enabled by our GFH Merchandising, Inventory, and Order Management Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application solutions. Build the IT Product Management organization with the right mix of business and systems skills to deliver and sustain all Merchandising application solutions. Plan and coordinate the execution of end-to-end technology strategies across our Business Partners and IT Banner Leadership, Merchandising Analytics, IT Banner Portfolio Management (BPM), IT Engineering & BI Reporting, IT Infrastructure, and Security Teams to define and support funded IT project initiatives. Manage the portfolio lifecycle, building and continuously communicating a business capability roadmap in partnership with the business department sponsors, facilitating the application strategy and planning processes, and ensuring portfolio investments meet requirements and deadlines for business initiatives through close collaboration with the IT Project Management Office (PMO). Partner closely with the GFH Portfolio Strategy Office (PSO) and Banner Leadership Teams to define critical system dependencies and align business initiatives and systems projects. Accountable for real-time business support and communications to ensure our application uptime and performance meet the operating needs. As the leader of day-to-day Business Partner Application support and contacts for this area, this role will establish a product team and processes to communicate all status and recovery. All new deployments are done in lockstep with Business partners for all cross-banner projects and platforms. Eligible for telecommuting from home within reasonable commuting distance from Carson, CA. Physical presence at the worksite in Carson, CA, at least several days a week will be required.REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or closely related. Experience must include ten (10) years post-bachelors progressive experience in all of the following: Retail business domain experience in product management and/or business systems consulting; Utilizing end-to-end functional knowledge of Retail Merchandising, Order & Inventory ERP Systems, and BI & Analytics; Managing large programs or a portfolio of projects; Aligning IT objectives and programs to business objectives and strategies through detailed release planning, capability needs definition and benefit rationalization; Planning and executing of project planning and implementation deliverables including a multi-year roadmap, project initiation, and charter, business system design and requirements and test plans; Delivering both package and custom-developed solutions, including large Merchandising ERP solution vendors like Oracle and Blue Yonder that support multi-channel operations (retail & e-commerce) and automated integration (e.g., Electronic Data Interchange and Vendor Portal) with suppliers.Why You’ll Love Working at Bristol Farms:Amazing earning potential, paid weekly!A values-based culture that will engage and empower your growth and developmentA strong training program that will build your restaurant and guest service skillsOpportunity for growth within our family of brandsBenefits available – Including medical, dental, vision, and 401KNumerous scholarship opportunities available to full & part-time team members20% discount at all Bristol Farms and Lazy Acres locations$60 credit to Shoes for Crews every 6 months of employmentJob Family: BFLA CorporatePay Type: SalaryHiring Min Rate: 150,000 USDHiring Max Rate: 230,000 USD
