Job TitlePortfolio Execution LeadJob Description SummaryThe Portfolio Execution Lead (PEL) will manage and direct a team responsible for delivering Portfolio Strategy support and Transaction Management services focused on creating value for the client and delivering positive client experiences. The PEL will collaborate closely with peers and the account team to support the client's strategic real estate vision. The PEL will have accountability to lead a team to generate ideas and programs, including providing industry expertise, to support development of the client's long-range strategic portfolio plan. A key objective of the position is to maximize the value of the client's real estate portfolio by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated strategic vision for the assigned.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESLead coordination, delivery and quality assurance of all C&W Transaction Management account services and adherence to the client's real estate standards of performance and needs.Maintain a complete understanding of client's portfolio of lease obligations and ensure customer focus within all areas of operational activities.Provide leadership and guidance, advice, coaching and direct support where required to deliver best practice selection, training, assessment and recognition/reward.Ensure optimum staffing structures operate across the portfolio to balance coverage and performance needs with the delivery of service excellence.Lead and support the organization to develop an initiative-taking approach to drive continuous improvement philosophy and culture throughout the organization.Ensure SLA's & KPI's are achieved and aligned with contractual agreements.Document requirements and assist in analyzing and reviewing potential solutions.Develop and successfully implement an overall plan designed to enhance the value of the client's portfolio.Oversee and ensure the quality of all client reporting by standardizing systems and procedures that assure compliance with reporting standards.Function as the primary liaison between Boeing BU Portfolio Leader (PL) and the assigned BU Transaction Management team.Manage the day-to-day delivery of transaction management services to the client's Global Real Estate (GRE) organization.Support the PL with the Annual Lease plan including assisting to develop Business Unit (BU) alignment.Ensure critical date management to drive real estate action.Manage complex and high value real estate transactions that support long-range BU strategies.Gather and report best practice tools from the CW Platform teams to advance the client's portfolio strategy.Support adherence to Client's GRE standards of performance.Management of 3rd party service providers.OTHER ACCOUNTABILITIESDeliver initiative-taking approach to analytical outcomes with regard to business process re-engineering.Perform regular system monitoring to ensure data integrity.Remain educated and up to date with current technologies, solutions, trends and risks.Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's Degree required.Minimum of 10 years previous experience.Outstanding customer service skills.Basic understanding of PowerBI and other data and dashboard technology.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Excellent time management skills and adaptability to change.Ability to communicate verbally in one-on-one situations.Team management and leadership.Language Skills : Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports.Mathematical Skills:

Ability to work with mathematical concepts.Reasoning Ability:

Must be able to solve practical problems involving several concrete variables.Compensation:
