Job TitlePortfolio Execution LeadJob Description SummaryThe Portfolio Execution Lead (PEL) will manage and direct a team responsible for delivering Portfolio Strategy support and Transaction Management services focused on creating value for the client and delivering positive client experiences. The PEL will collaborate closely with peers and the account team to support the client's strategic real estate vision. The PEL will have accountability to lead a team to generate ideas and programs, including providing industry expertise, to support development of the client's long-range strategic portfolio plan. A key objective of the position is to maximize the value of the client's real estate portfolio by developing, implementing and executing an integrated strategic vision for the assigned.Job DescriptionKEY ACCOUNTABILITIESLead coordination, delivery and quality assurance of all C&W Transaction Management account services and adherence to the client’s real estate standards of performance and needs.Maintain a complete understanding of client’s portfolio of lease obligations and ensure customer focus within all areas of operational activities.Provide leadership and guidance, coaching, and direct support to deliver best practice selection, training, assessment and recognition/reward.Ensure optimum staffing structures operate across the portfolio to balance coverage and performance needs with the delivery of service excellence.Drive continuous improvement philosophy and culture throughout the organization.Ensure SLA’s & KPI’s are achieved and aligned with contractual agreements.Document requirements and assist in analyzing and reviewing potential solutions.Develop and successfully implement an overall plan designed to enhance the value of the client's portfolio.Oversee and ensure the quality of all client reporting by standardizing systems and procedures.Support adherence to Client’s GRE standards of performance and needs.OTHER ACCOUNTABILITIESDeliver initiative-taking approach to analytical outcomes.Perform regular system monitoring to ensure data integrity and support audits.Adhere to industry standard legal requirements and security policies.Resolve issues throughout the project life cycle.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s Degree required.Minimum of 10 years previous experience.Outstanding customer service skills.Basic understanding of PowerBI and other data technologies.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Excellent time management skills and adaptability.Ability to communicate effectively in various situations.Team management and leadership skills.Language Skills : Ability to read and interpret documents; communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.Mathematical Skills : Ability to work with mathematical concepts.Reasoning Ability : Must be able to solve practical problems and apply common sense understanding.Compensation : The compensation for the position is: $158,508.00 - $186,480.00.Cushman & Wakefield is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
