Join us, where we'll make a greater impact together.What You'll do:Responsible for design, development, testing, implementation and support of SAP S/4HANA security roles and FIORI roles, across all SAP landscapes including the Cloud based applications that are interacting with the core system.Responsible for supporting S/4HANA security integration with Microsoft SSO to include data masking and logging across standard FIORI and Power apps.Architect and implement application security model for the new SAP cloud environment.Research, design, develop, test, document and implement security solutions for SAP cloud applications.Maintain written procedures for security and compliance activities.Provide thought leadership and collaborate with the project agile teams to design and implement industry best practices for application security solution.Collaborate with the functional, development, and technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and have all possible details captured to develop the application security solution.Perform regular system audits to detect deviations of established procedures, role mapping, unauthorized system activity, and report findings.Ensure that changes to roles and system are tested, approved, and completed according to DoD standards, including regulatory and compliance requirements.Support identifying risks and designing the SOD (Segregation of Duties) Matrix.Provide support for users with security-related problems and assist functional and technical teams with troubleshooting critical issues, as it relates to security roles.Develop and execute test plans for security solution.Administer solution that facilitate user provisioning/de-provisioning, authentication/authorization, and reporting based on business needs, industry best practices, and audit/regulatory requirements by working with functional team and business role owners.Develop centralized process for SAP security role administration in a multi-instance environment.Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to drive process efficiencies.Mitigate risks, address issues and promptly alert potential schedule, budget or quality concerns to the leadership.Assist with proposal efforts and business development add-on work.Require working outside of standard work hours to resolve high priority incidents or provide production cutover support.Any other duties assigned by the leadership team.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.Must be a US Citizen (no dual status).Must be able to obtain SECRET security clearance.Must be able to obtain any certification requirements needed by the program.10+ years' experience in SAP application security role management with greenfield implementation projects.5+ years' experience in architecting and implementing SAP application security roles with implementation projects.3+ years experiences in SAP S/4HANA and FIORI role development.2+ Agile software development program experience, preferably SAFe.Minimum of two full software development life cycle implementation experience.Flexibility to travel as required.Preferred Skills:Preference given to candidates with experience in integrating SAP solutions across other DoD ERPs SAP solutions (i.e., AESIP, LMP, GCSS-Army, Navy, DLA, etc.).Preference given to candidates with minimum completed Public Trust investigation or active DoD security clearance.Why You'll Never Want to Leave:Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans.Flexible Spending Account.4% 401K Match (immediate vesting).Paid Time Off.Tuition reimbursement, certification programs, and professional development.Flexible work schedule.On-site gym and childcare option.The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $103,197.00 - $182,964.00.NOTE:
