Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Cloud Solutions Consultant with a strong focus on SAP Financials to support the Department of the Navy (DON) Financial Improvement Program (FIP) Navy ERP PMO. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of SAP Cloud solutions, including S/4HANA Cloud, and deep expertise in the SAP Financials domain. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to leverage SAP Cloud capabilities, deliver scalable financial solutions, and optimize the Navy ERP system for financial management operations. An active Secret Clearance is required, and the preferred location for this position is the Washington, D.C. area.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the SAP Cloud Solutions Consultant for the Navy ERP PMO within the DON FIP, focusing on the SAP Financials domain within S/4HANA Cloud and other SAP Cloud platforms.
·
Design, implement, and support SAP Cloud solutions to meet business requirements for financial processes, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO).
·
Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation within SAP Cloud environments.
·
Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA Cloud Financial modules to meet DON FIP program objectives and ensure compliance with DoD and Navy policies.
·
Provide guidance on cloud migration strategies, including best practices for transitioning from on-premise SAP environments to SAP Cloud solutions.
·
Conduct workshops and training sessions to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure effective adoption of SAP Cloud solutions by end-users.
·
Develop and execute cloud-based integration strategies to connect SAP S/4HANA Cloud with other cloud or on-premise systems within the Navy ERP ecosystem.
·
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional and technical specifications, configuration guides, and test plans, for SAP Cloud solutions.
·
Ensure SAP Cloud solutions adhere to security, compliance, and governance requirements set by DoD and the Navy.
·
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for further enhancement and leveraging SAP Cloud innovations.
Requirements
·
Clearance : Active Secret Clearance is required.
·
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an SAP Consultant with a focus on SAP Financials (FI/CO) and SAP Cloud solutions.
o
Experience supporting Navy ERP or other DoD ERP systems is highly desirable.
o
Proven experience in implementing and configuring SAP S/4HANA Cloud Financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
o
Strong understanding of cloud architecture, integration, and migration best practices.
o
Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Fiori, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
o
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization skills.
o
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
o
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and deliver solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
o
Familiarity with cloud security, governance, and compliance frameworks specific to DoD and Navy environments.
Preferred Qualifications:

SAP certification(s) in S/4HANA Cloud Financials, Cloud Integration, or related areas.
·
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools for project management.
·
Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or other middleware technologies.
