As we continue to expand, we are looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our team and lead the development of our product.Job Summary:The Product Manager will be responsible for driving the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for our content marketing platform. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in product management, preferably within the SaaS or content marketing industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver a product that meets the needs of our customers and supports our business goals.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap, aligning with business goals and customer needs.- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.- Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.- Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements.- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.- Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of product initiatives and inform future decisions.- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.- Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the product and enhance user experience.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our product remains competitive and innovative.- Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch to post-launch optimization.Qualifications :- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the SaaS or content marketing industry.- Proven track record of successfully managing and launching products that drive business growth.- Strong understanding of content marketing and digital marketing trends.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product vision and strategy.- Proficiency in using product management tools and software.- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Why Join Us:- Be part of a fast-growing startup with a mission to revolutionize content marketing.- Work in a collaborative and inclusive environment that values creativity and innovation.- Opportunity to make a significant impact and shape the future of our product.- Competitive salary and benefits package, including performance-based incentives.- Flexible working arrangements, including remote work options.How to Apply:If you are a passionate and strategic product manager looking to make a significant impact, we’d love to hear from you.
