We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain Consultant with a strong problem-solving mindset and experience in a factory setting to join our team. In this role, you will help our clients improve performance in all aspects of the order-to-deliver value stream. The ideal candidate must be an expert in driving continuous improvement activities across multiple supply chain disciplines, including demand planning, capacity planning, procurement, production scheduling and control, inventory management, supplier management, warehousing, and logistics. Proficiency with ERP master data configuration and information flow in one or more platforms (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, etc.) is required. Experience implementing pull systems, PFEP, and Heijunka is required.By utilizing your analytical skills, strategic thinking, and expertise in E2E supply chain, you will develop, implement, and sustain innovative solutions to reduce lead times, minimize risk, and improve on-time delivery. The ideal candidate has a passion for problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and multi-industry experience with a track record of delivering impactful results.Responsibilities:Lead clients through a data-driven, systemic approach that identifies process interdependencies, information flow barriers, and communication gaps.Define innovative solutions to performance gaps and implement high-profile improvement projects.Successfully guide stakeholders and process owners through root cause analysis, change management, and conflict resolution.Plan and execute kaizen activities, cross-functional workshops, process pilots, etc., as necessary to drive change.Apply Six Sigma methodologies when necessary to analyze and solve complex issues within end-to-end supply chain disciplines.Sustain improvements through Lean system implementation, including visual management, layered standard work, and daily management systems.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, or a related field (STEM).Proven experience as a Supply Chain Consultant or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully implementing solutions to complex supply chain challenges.Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Lean certifications required with 3 to 5 years of experience in a Master Black Belt role.Minimum 10+ years of experience in various supply chain functions, plus an additional 5 years in complex manufacturing, production, or similar (e.g., fabrication + assembly).APICS certification is a plus.Experience with functional ERP implementation preferred.Experience with SQL, Power Query, and Power BI preferred.Implementation of S&OP processes preferred.Expert Excel and data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret and draw insights from complex data sets.Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and address root causes.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients at all levels.Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Strong business acumen and understanding of financial implications in supply chain decision-making.If you are a proactive and results-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for optimizing supply chain operations, we would love to hear from you.
