Ranked 35 among national universities, Boston College has 888 full-time and 1,281 FTE faculty, 2,711 non-faculty employees, an operating budget of $1.4 billion, and an endowment in excess of $3.5 billion.Job DescriptionBC Center for Corporate Citizenship seeks an energetic, thoughtful, committed individual for the Assistant Director, Education, Advisory & Online Programs role.Reporting to the Director, Executive Education & Advisory Products, responsibilities include:Researching, writing, and developing content foundations for new learning modules and programs, and improving existing offerings.Managing the development of content modules assigned to others.Working with the Executive Director, Director of Executive Education, Carroll School faculty, and contract educators to develop, deliver, assess, and improve learning programs, including place-based and e-learning programs.Managing the curriculum framework and coordinating the course catalogue and corresponding texts to ensure materials are well-organized and up to date.Acting as lead or second instructor as required in online and occasionally place-based programs.Providing content and program management support to broader Center events.Supporting and independently managing advisory services projects as assigned.Position:
