*You must reside in the state of Missouri or be willing to relocate to the state of Missouri to be eligible for this position**Company is willing to pay for relocation*The General Manager plans, directs and coordinates the activities associated with running multiple facilities (at least 2 or more). This includes ensuring all team members are adequately trained and capable to perform job responsibilities in a safe and compliant manner, managing food service operations and ensuring they are in compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as required local, state and federal laws and regulations, and ensuring all facilities maintain accurate on-site reports of daily and monthly financial, production, and activity.Essential Functions, Duties, and ResponsibilitiesSupervise, train, and instruct team members in general food service practicesEnsures all team members are adequately trained and capable to perform job responsibilities in a safe and compliant mannerDirects team members to ensure job-related rules, policies, procedures, and security guidelines are enforcedMaintain product service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations and investigating complaintsManages food service operations and ensures they are in compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as required local, state and federal laws and regulationsEnsures all facilities maintain a sanitary food service environment by following food service and Health Department codes and regulationsEnsures all facilities maintain accurate on-site reports of daily and monthly financial, production, and activityMaintain contract compliance and cost controlOther duties as determined by the needs of the businessWhat You'll Need
Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School diploma/GED plus equivalent experience requiredSERV Safe CertifiedAt least five (5) years of food service experience, preferably in a correctional settingPrevious multi-unit supervisory experience is preferredMust have experience with purchasing, inventory, ordering, receiving and cost controlProficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is requiredBenefits
