Job Description

• Personnel management with all included individual tasks (initiate disciplinary measures, appraisal of employees, personnel development, etc.)• Ensuring the induction, appraisal and development of employees by the subordinate managers• Long-term planning with regard to personnel, work equipment, processes, etc. (e.g. OPSP, CAPEX)• Independently ensure effective customer communication• Proactive collaboration with internal and external interfaces (e.g. plant management, production areas, HR, customers) and sister plants• Independently plan and implement investments for expansions and optimization• Ensure up-to-date and audit-compliant QM documentation• Responsible for continuous improvement (technologies and work organization) and coordination of GMS activities.• Cost center responsibility• KPI responsibility, ensuring reporting• Release of the CoA for pharmaceutical products• Independent monitoring of internal and external audits• Participation in internal/organizational projects (e.g. system processes)Qualifications

Knowledge as acquired and deepened during at least 3 years of technical (professional) university studies and at least 5 years of experience in the field of quality management with management responsibility.This role requires specialized knowledge of quality control in a pharmaceutical and medical device environment.• At least 5 years of relevant experience in quality management, incl. methods and guidelines (e.g. GMP) as well as with budget, cost and personnel responsibility• Expert knowledge in personnel management and qualification• Expert knowledge in the areas of resource and deployment planning.• Good knowledge of quality management systems• Good IT user skills (e.g. MES / SAP, MS-Office)• Reliable application of quality methods (e.g. FMEA, Ishikawa, Lean)• Application of problem solving methods (e.g. KT, Six Sigma)• Performance management (KPIs, performance and target control)Additional Information
