Job Title: HR Generalist
Contract: 4.5 months (mid of September 2024~end of January 2025)
Work Location: San Jose, CA 95134 (onsite)
Working hour: 09:00 ~ 18:00
Job Function/Description:
Assist in recruiting and staffing logistics.Employee orientation, development, and training logistics and recordkeeping.Employee relations and counseling.Employee communication.Benefits administration and recordkeeping.Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health reporting; and employee services.Provide accurate and timely HR information to clients, employees, and management of the company.Assist with the implementation of services, policies, and programs and assist company managers with HR issues.Responsible for off-boarding process.Perform other duties as assigned or requested.Generate monthly expenses.HR-related reporting from HRIS.Submit any invoices to be sent for payment on time.

Positive, service-oriented attitude.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Attention to detail.Well-organized.Proactive/excellent follow-through.Presentation skills/poise.Maturity/discretion in handling sensitive/confidential issues.Ability to work well independently and with a team.
Education / Experience:
B.A. in HR-related field.3+ years’ experience in an HR Generalist role.
Technical Skills:
Advanced in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Reporting writing experience a plus.
