The interim consultant engagements often involve managing through complex financial issues or challenging business environments that require consultants with a proven track record and hands-on Controller experience. Dynamic is currently seeking Accounting / Finance team Professional Consultants with recent hands-on experience in these areas to help our clients resolve complex situations. Manufacturing finance experienceFundamental understanding of internal controls, including backgroundBroad understanding of U.S. GAAP and the regulatory compliance frameworkInternational experience across financial disciplinesUnderstanding and recognition of commercial accounting differences between U.S. and non-U.S. operationsUnderstanding of fundamentals of foreign exchange accountingFinancial analysis experience (ability to prepare assessments at both a high level and a detailed level)Management/Leadership experience (including influencing skills)Project experience working with cross-functional teams
