Join us!Job Description:This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.LOB Position SummaryProject Manager responsible for planning, coordinating and delivery of defined tasks for large projects which requires engagement across multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating the target outcomes, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing visibility into the health of the project. This role ensures execution and delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of target outcomes, timeline, and cost. This role will manage resource planning and facilitate sync points between business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Risk and Compliance partners.Responsibilities:Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates).Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline.Provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule.Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements.Supports resource planning for delivery and execution.Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards.Required Qualifications:Technical knowledge and experience understanding IT projects, SDLC artifacts, and delivery mechanisms.Experience with Jira agile functions including advanced road maps, deliverable, and scrum management.Experience using Excel, Project (or equivalent applications) for modeling and resourcing delivery efforts.Experience architecting a project course that meets objectives, within constraints.Experience in project documentation development requirements, acceptance criteria, agile artifacts, document for costs, timeline, and scope.Experience with project scheduling, scoping, monitoring, and management and communication with stakeholders.Experience identifying, evaluating, and mitigating against project issues and risks.Desired Qualifications:Experience managing IT-based financial industry projects.Experience with IT projects in Front office trading and analytics.Experience managing communication for large agile IT projects.Skills:CollaborationProject ManagementResult OrientationSolution Delivery ProcessStakeholder ManagementAnalytical ThinkingBusiness AcumenFinancial ManagementInfluenceRisk ManagementAgile PracticesArchitectureData ManagementSolution DesignTechnical Strategy DevelopmentEducation Requirements:
