Join us!Job Description:This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the clients expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.Position Summary

Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the clients expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.Responsibilities:Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.)Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teamsFacilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timelineProvides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and scheduleWorks with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirementsSupports resource planning for delivery and executionEnsures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standardsRequired Qualifications35 years prior project management experience35 years experience with ITSM/RemedyWorking familiarity with JIRA and Agile ViewStrong attention to detail with problem solving and organizational skills.Demonstrated ability to communicate (written and verbal) with internal and external partners.Ability to manage and shift priorities as needed.Strong risk and governance mindsetProcess design, remediation, and improvement skillsProject Management skills and disciplinesStrong relationship management skills to gain buy-in, build consensus and resolve conflicts timely.Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills in a cross-functional team.Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) proficientAbility to manage multiple priorities for concurrent projects effectively.Strong decision-making skills with an assertive and proactive communication styleMust have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks to meet extremely compressed deadlines.Enthusiastic, energetic, determined, and positive especially under pressureAbility to navigate enterprise, research, and resource information across the bank.Desired QualificationsExperience supporting and participating in technology change efforts in project manager role.Project Management Professional (PMP) CertifiedVisio and process mappingWorking familiarity with PPRT for program and project managementWorking familiarity with PCM for initiative financial managementSkills:CollaborationProject ManagementResult OrientationSolution Delivery ProcessStakeholder ManagementAnalytical ThinkingBusiness AcumenFinancial ManagementInfluenceRisk ManagementAgile PracticesArchitectureData ManagementSolution DesignTechnical Strategy DevelopmentShift:1st shift (United States of America)
