At Bluegreen Vacations, you can join our talent acquisition team and assist with building it from the ground up. The national sales and marketing Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions in a timely manner with qualified sales & marketing candidates.
Your focus will be:To build a consistent robust pipeline of qualified candidatesSourcing, screening, interviewing & hiring sales and marketing representativesPartner with hiring managers in a variety of departmentsBuilding a strong local network consisting of entry-level and experienced professionalsPlanning and executing career networking events, job fairs, etc.Developing a recruitment action planMaintaining accurate staffing reportsBuilding a relationship with targeted colleges and universitiesHow do we invest in you?Coaching and mentoring from industry-leading talent acquisition expertsWork-life balanceProfessional growth and career advancementCustomizable benefits packageMinimum Qualifications3+ years high volume recruiting experience2+ years sales recruiting experience1+ years timeshare recruiting experience, preferredMust have the ability to multi-task and attention to detailSense of urgency, motivated and persistentAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and in writingRelationship buildingAbility to travel 25%Please note that Hilton Grand Vacations Inc.
