Job Summary:A(n) Senior SharePoint Systems Engineer job in Washington, DC (20228) is currently available through Belcan at one of our key Treasury Department clients. To be considered for this role, you will have a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of relevant experience.As a SharePoint Online Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing SharePoint Online environments within our organization. Your primary focus will be on leveraging SharePoint Online's capabilities to streamline collaboration, document management, and business processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs while ensuring the security, reliability, and performance of the SharePoint Online platform.You will be responsible for all aspects of the systems engineering of an SP Online Test/Dev and Production environment supporting many SP applications, repositories, and workflows that our client uses to help ensure a stable money supply.Job Duties:Designing, implementing, and supporting a new SharePoint Online environment to meet the current and future needs of BEP and help ensure that BEP is able to produce US currency.Working in an agile and dynamic environment to provide critical services and information in a timely manner.Analyze user's requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.Guide users in formulating requirements, advise alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies.Incorporate new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations.Develop system architecture and system design documentation.Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans.Interact with the Government regarding SharePoint Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues, or conflicts.Provide comprehensive definition of all aspects of system development from analysis of mission needs to verification of system performance.Responsible for the software development processes and outcomes for customer.Support content design of Microsoft Online collaboration environment.Creation of dashboards based on key performance indicators.Conduct and participate in regularly scheduled and ad hoc SharePoint testing.Required Qualifications:Background experience designing and implementing enterprise scale solutions.Experience with software architecture, software development fundamentals, object-oriented design, and Web user interface design.Experience with SharePoint Online Administration (Setup, troubleshoot, farm admin).SharePoint - Farm Level Proficiency and knowledge of content types, Search, design/use of libraries, sites/subsites, site permissions, and information management policies.Experience with Power Apps, Visual Studio, and ASP.NET.Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.Experience in IT systems administration or engineering.Active US Government Public Trust clearance.Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience with IT, or equivalent.Compensation:

We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $150,000-180,000. Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
