We exclusively consider applications from Philippine citizens currently residing in the Philippines.Responsibilities:Process and review client invoices for accuracy.Assist clients with billing-related inquiries and concerns.Update the company database with client payment information.Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient billing processes.Manage accounts receivable aging reports.Oversee the collection and recording of payments from clients.Assist in month-end close procedures.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 2 years of experience in billing or a related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.Strong organizational skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to identify errors.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others.
