The Business Analyst will assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. They will be responsible to research, gather and synthesize information. There will be up to 50% CONUS/OCONUS travel.Here's what you need:8+ years of all-source intelligence analyst experience at the full performance level, with 5+ years working for or with USSOCOM SOF or national level intelligence agencies3+ years experience with:

Knowledge in intelligence support to special operationsWriting formal finished intelligence assessments (e.g., white papers, targeting packages, or other serialized finished intelligence products)Utilizing basic computer applications and current SIGINT related databases to support analytical efforts and product development in support of operationsUtilizing current intelligence related automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analytical efforts and product developmentWorking with the current suite of all-source intelligence toolsPreparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Colonel (O-6) / GS-15 level or higher

Must have or obtain a U.S. passport within 30 days of employmentBonus points if you have:Expert knowledge of SOF and or CT intelligence experienceStrong briefing skills and be capable of effectively directing and influencing the conduct of SIGINT operationsSuperior proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trendsStrong background and firsthand experience in SIGINT Analysis, SIGINT systems, tools, and databases, reporting and collection managementSecurity Clearance:Must have an active TS/SCI security clearanceAs required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of

California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
