As a Product Manager in Digital Account Opening and Activation Tean, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Job responsibilities

Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customersManages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmapOwns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value propositionBuilds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliabilityManages key stakeholder relationships critical to supporting the product vision, strategy, objectives, discovery and delivery of program initiatives.Be empowered to solve customer problems in ways that our customers love, and works for the business.Focus on outcomes not output and use data & metrics to measure success.Ensures commitment for dependencies across products both internal and external.Analyzes, evaluates, and overcomes product challenges, and provide transparency to stakeholdersAdheres to JIRA standards including supporting documentation -maintain evergreen documentation for both current state as well as historic audit documentationSupports quarterly increment planning with agility leads across all impacted partiesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsProven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementExperience with risk management and fraud prevention toolsSelf-motivated with a high degree of independence, has a bias towards action, and willing to roll up their sleeves to ensure projects are tracking towards successExcellent written/verbal communication and strong presentation skills with both internal and external stakeholdersCollaborates and can build strong relationships across the firm and with external partners, flexible with changing prioritiesExperience with agile product development and software delivery lifecycleExperience with Application Programming Interface (API)-based designs, Kafka driven architecture, JavaScript stackFamiliarity with the business services and offerings associated with Chase Account OpeningAbility to influence people at all levels across a broad variety of job functionsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
