Technical Project Manager
Responsibilities
Lead major program with the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) relating to artificial intelligence applications to geospatial data analysis.
Gain an in-depth knowledge of using both commercial and custom data labeling software tools to be able to communicate appropriately with clients.
Manage client relationships.
Main point of contact with clients to onboard new projects, set expectations, and communicate capabilities.
Manage project planning process including resourcing the appropriate number of hours, team members, and skill sets for each project.
Create and submit program deliverables including program work plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), status reports, regular client meeting reports and presentations, and other required contract deliverables.
Manage project budgets for meeting project requirements within budget.
Manage flow of projects to keep consistent, billable work coming into the pipeline.
Work with HR to forecast recruitment needs.
Collaborate with the VP of Operations and the Director of Annotation and Analysis to track project progress, budget, deliverables, and deadlines.
Assist with configuring client data to be in a format that can be loaded into the data labeling software tool (e.g., familiarity with creating and modifying CSV and JSON files is a plus).
Required Qualifications and Skills
Active Top Secret Clearance.
2-5 years of technical government program/project management experience.
Previous experience working with the National Geospatial Agency.
1 year of experience in a client facing position.
Strong relationship building and customer service skills.
Strong writing, presentation, communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently.
Desired Qualifications and Skills
Active TS/SCI Clearance.
Experience with image analysis, geospatial data analysis, artificial intelligence, and/or data annotation.
Educational background or training in program management, geospatial data and/or analysis science.
Experience with a programming language (e.g., R, Python, or JavaScript) and/or cloud computing environments (e.g., AWS or GCP) is a huge plus.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Clearance
Applicants selected will be subject to security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance required.
Work Location
Enabled Intelligence offices in Falls Church, VA with some meetings at NGA offices in Springfield, VA, and St. Louis, MO.
