Job Responsibilities:

Lead the growth of BOMIE’s Performance business segment, focusing on performance advertisers in the United States.Develop and sustain robust collaborations with direct clients and agencies, managing essential relationships with both agency partners and direct clients in the U.S. market.Aim to meet and exceed realistic quarterly sales targets in line with the overall sales strategy set by regional leadership.Work closely with customer success managers to ensure the successful delivery of services.Efficiently navigate a fast-paced work environment, focusing on achieving results.Collaborate with various internal teams to cultivate and expand account relationships.Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.Language: Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in additional languages relevant to the U.S. market is a plus.Experience: 2-3 years in performance digital marketing, with a solid network and established relationships with digital-first clients, preferably in the U.S.Ability to work effectively and swiftly in a dynamic environment.Comfortable working with multiple internal teams to drive account growth and success.
