A successful candidate will have the following:A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for peopleExcellent written and verbal skillsHigh level of time management and organisational abilityEnsure the provision of culturally appropriate and sensitive services to clients, with a focus on their individual needs and preferencesManage client incidents and complaints in accordance with the company’s incident reporting and management policies and proceduresLiaise with clients, their families, guardians, and other stakeholders to ensure that the services and supports provided meet their needsPromote the company’s values and philosophy in all interactions with clients, staff and stakeholdersPreferred Skills
Certificate III in Aged Care, Community Care or Disability Care desirable but not necessary. Training will be provided.Satisfactory Australian National Police checkCurrent or willing to obtain a first aid and CPR certificateAbility to problem-solve, think creatively, and find innovative solutionsUnderstanding of professional boundaries, privacy, and confidentiality
