Point of Care Team SummaryThe Point of Care team (POC) develops the Point of Care strategy and activation.Position SummaryThe Associate Director, Point of Care plans and manages the Point of Care media programs assigned to clients. You will manage the daily team workload, develop relationships with POC media partners, plan and coordinate projects, ensure plans adhere to PHM planning process, build relationships with mid-level clients, manage and train direct reports, and work directly with the Strategy team. You will report to a Director of Point of Care.The goal for this role is to support client Point of Care marketplace initiatives and help maintain PHM Point of Care partnerships.Responsibilities

KnowledgeUnderstanding of how the agency works and how jobs flow throughoutUnderstanding of client’s business and goalsUnderstanding of how client business objectives translate into Point of Care marketplace strategiesUnderstanding of the Point of Care marketplace and partner landscapeFirm understanding of Point of Care partnership opportunities, deals and termsUnderstanding of agency Terms + Conditions and Point of Care partner contracting processDay-to-DayManage a teamCreate Point of Care tactical recommendationOwn presenting POC recommendationOwnership of the business rules and parameters of the point of care engagementDevelopment of HCP Target list business rules that outline main requirements for individual brands, prioritization across franchises, and overlap strategyDevelopment of cross franchise strategyPrepare HCP target list for dissemination to partnersEvaluation and selection of offices and tactics by brandMonthly & Quarterly validation and verification of each partnerOversees the daily execution of Point of Care team tasksResponsible for managing delivery of Point of Care team projects and tasksAdvances best practices in Point of Care process, efficienciesResponsible for Point of Care Marketplace updatesOwns Point of Care POVsResponsible for execution of ad hoc projectsInternal + External RelationshipsResponsible for developing talent, delegating, and ensuring teams are working smoothlyResponsible for managing team assignmentsProvide clear, regular communication regarding client and project goals, prioritization and measures of success to all partnersProvide expertise and share knowledge with junior team membersDeliver constructive, actionable feedback to teamBegin to develop working relationships with client contactsLead relationships with Point of Care media partnersCollaborate internally with leadership across capabilities and teamsContinue to develop relationships with important Groupe teams, PMX, APEXContributes to new business effortsQualifications
