You will collaborate closely with the HR Data Manager and external AMS consultants to enhance our reporting strategy, suggest improvements, and build new reports and dashboards as needed.Key Responsibilities:Your primary responsibilities will include:Overseeing the end-to-end request process for new reports and modifications to existing ones, including requirement gathering, prioritization, testing, and delivery.Managing AMS Consultants, ensuring regular progress check-ins and providing business context while challenging technical solutions when necessary.Developing and maintaining reporting across all Workday modules, such as Human Capital Management (HCM), Recruitment, Payroll, Time, and Absence.Maintaining the global reporting catalog, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of available reports and user access.Creating and utilizing all necessary Workday calculated field functions.Additional duties include managing complex projects from start to finish, collaborating with the HR Data Manager to promote data governance and enhance data quality and insights, and providing HR Reporting and Analytics to key stakeholders.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of HR/HR Systems experience.At least 3+ years of proven experience in HRIS reporting/Workday, working with advanced, matrix, and composite reports.Strong understanding of the Workday security model.Experience with Workday Prism or Adaptive Insights is desirable.Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI or similar.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong project tracking skills, including involvement in enhancements and upgrades.Ability to maintain confidentiality, discretion, and attention to detail.Important Note:A Workday Certificate is a mandatory requirement for this role.If you are passionate about delivering reliable and accurate information through innovative HR reporting solutions, we would love to hear from you.
