We are looking for a results-oriented candidate with excellent interpersonal skills for the position of
District Leader
over hair salons. District Leaders will oversee the hiring, training, and firing of salon managers and/or stylists requiring bold decision-making and leadership skills. A cosmetology and/or barbering license is required. Must be willing to travel on a daily basis.Other District Leader responsibilities include but are not limited to:Managing their home salon 3 days a week; overseeing 3 other salons with managers for the remaining 2 days.Working full time, 35-40 hours a week.Working most weekends.Auditing all salon schedules to ensure they meet business needs.Ensuring all salon schedules are covered and covering salon schedules when needed.Recruiting and training salon managers and teams.Ensuring operational efficiency in each salon.Ensuring that all salons meet safety and cleanliness standards.Addressing operational problems that arise.Being comfortable with computers and willing to troubleshoot when necessary.Setting salon sales goals and coaching the team to meet those goals.Attending weekly calls and collaborating with peers and the Regional Director.Compensation:$25/hrFull health care benefits at $70/checkPaid time off - Vacation time (Full-Time Employee)
