This role is multifaceted and crucial for the smooth functioning of the business. The Branch Manager manages operations and inspires the team, fosters growth, and contributes to the overall success of the company.Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Operations Oversight:

The Branch Manager oversees day-to-day operations at the branch, including managing sales, inventory, and customer service.Ensures efficient workflows, minimizes operating costs, and maintains high service levels for both internal and external customers.Participates in administering company policies, directing, and coordinating all department activities to develop and implement long-range goals and objectives to meet business and profitability growth objectives.Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine progress toward stated sales goals and objectives.Reviews operations and plans to meet requirements for sales planning and to develop new markets.Strategic Planning:

Developing and implementing strategic goals and objectives aligned with the company’s vision and mission.Goals to include improving processes, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving growth.Hiring and managing personnel to maintain workload and achieve branch objectives to keep the branch at proper staffing levels.Building and leading a cohesive team while fostering individual and collective growth.Reviews and maintains accurate timesheets and payroll records for all employees.Writes and delivers bi-annual performance reviews for the team.Monitors the branch’s financial performance, including detailed profit and loss (P&L) analysis.Implements cost-effective measures and contributes to overall profitability.Facility Maintenance:

Ensures the facility’s safety and functionality.Ensures the facility is neat, clean, and organized daily.Coordinates with vendors and service providers to maintain a well-functioning branch.Identifies areas for improvement and implements initiatives related to safety, quality, and performance.Builds relationships and views building relationships as a critical success tool.RequirementsRequired Education and Experience

High school diploma or GEDFour to 10 years’ management/leadership experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Preferred Education and Experience

Degree in ManagementKnowledge of industry – plumbing, heating, HVAC
