Whether it is through workplace rehabilitation, counselling, injury prevention or finding new employment, our care is tailored to each and every individual. We work with our clients to identify their goals and provide psychological or physical supports to help them live life to its fullest potential.
We are seeking individuals with a professional background in
Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Nursing, or Social Work
interested in working in the Occupational Rehabilitation sector in
Albany WA.
The role is available for both
part-time and casual.
In this diverse role, you will enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day, supported by a strong team of healthcare professionals.
Your duties will include:
Case management;
Applying your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes;
Developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programs;
Collaborating with injured workers, employers, and health professionals;
Working across various schemes such as workers compensation and employer-funded programs;
Assisting clients with injuries or health conditions to achieve return to health and work outcomes;
Completing assessments to support treatment plans and identify employment opportunities.
You'll be a driven and energetic professional with the following qualifications:
A qualification in
Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Nursing, Social Work, or Physiotherapy ;
Registration with relevant governing bodies;
Previous experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry is highly regarded;
Excellent communication skills;
Compassion and empathy;
Strong time management skills;
A current valid Driver’s License and access to a car with comprehensive insurance.
