This is a hybrid (40% remote and 60% onsite) role in San Francisco, CA.Join us as a full-cycle ERP Business System Analyst, leading Odoo SaaS implementations for North American clients. Manage end-to-end ERP projects, collaborating with developers, advising on complex implementations, and providing hands-on training. Drive client success by analyzing business operations, mapping processes to Odoo solutions, and managing accounting for multiple clients. Contribute to product improvement through collaboration with Product Owners and actively support the growth of Odoo's partner network. Be a key player in elevating Odoo's suite of apps within the accounting community through business development initiatives and participation in events. Your impact extends beyond implementation, shaping the future of ERP solutions for clients who seek products they love.
Responsibilities
Full-cycle ERP Business System Analyst for the North American marketImplement Odoo SaaS solutions, manage client relationships, and analyze business operationsMap processes to Odoo's solutions and quantify resources for ERP implementation tasksProject manage ERP implementations across modules like Sales, CRM, E-commerce, supply chain, manufacturing, inventory, POS, and accountingCollaborate with developers to execute client requirementsAdvise sales team on complex implementations and work with clients for end-user trainingAnalyze client needs, design tailored solutions, and configure workflows for Odoo implementationActively support the growth of Odoo's partner network, empower accounting firms worldwide, and provide training on Odoo’s capabilitiesCollaborate with Product Owners to convey customer and partner feedback for product improvementEngage in business development with Sales and Marketing teams, participating in events, and occasionally traveling (up to 25% of the time) to showcase Odoo's advantages within the accounting communityMust Have
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related fieldAt least 1-year of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or relevant roleAt least 2+ years of experience in Fiduciary/Accounting Firms, with responsibilities encompassing managing accounting for multiple clients, including but not limited to tasks such as preparing financial information for audits, generating reports, and completing fiscal forms for IRS presentationsExcellent planning, mapping, and communication skills combined with client interaction, being able to make in-the-moment decisions based on new information constantlyAn affinity with the Information Technology world, you understand the use cases of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning software)SQL Relational Database literacyNice to Have
Between 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in software/ERP implementation, project management, client consulting, or similar roles aligned with the responsibilities of this position.Any other experience with ERPAny additional experience in a SaaS companyAvailable immediatelyWhat's great in the job?
