This is a unique and exciting opportunity to work with some of the most innovative minds in our industry and see our product change history.At Trayt Health, we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, with experience in digital health and/or healthcare.Key Responsibilities:Have 5+ years of experience in product management, building and shipping software productsEffectively collaborate with Design, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to execute and ship features that impact KPIsEstablish and manage the roadmap for your area of the productStrategically prioritize, execute, and deliver business outcomesBe accountable for the success of your launches; closely track data to evaluate their performanceRegularly communicate and align the cross-functional teams about the direction of your product areaUtilize data, market research, and competitor analysis to shape your product decisionsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Biology, Business Administration or a related fieldExperience in successfully shipping products in the pastAbility to craft an MVP as well as end-to-end product experienceDeep empathy for end-users that translates into a clear, distilled understanding of how our product can best serve users' needsExcellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skillsComfortable interacting with clients and prospects and presenting to themAnalytical and data-drivenAbility to know when and how to use UX research as well as market or competitive research to shape product decisionsAbility to influence leaders across the companyExperience driving complex projects in a fast-paced environmentBackground in B2B and B2C healthcare/digital health industriesStartup experience requiredPreferred Experience & Skills:Experience in the behavioral or mental health categoryPay Range:Annual salary of $145K - $175K plus stock optionsBenefits include:Health Insurance Coverage (medical, dental, and vision)Life InsuranceShort and Long-Term Disability InsuranceFlexible Spending AccountsFlexible Paid Time OffHoliday Pay401(k)Equal Opportunity Employer:
