Together these teams drive value and success to our customers and bring our community together in new and special ways.We’re looking for a Director of Product, Brand and Sponsored AR to join our team at Snap Inc!What you’ll do:Be a Product Leader with demonstrated expertise in leading product areas with broad scope or strategic business importance.Be a recognized expert, effective mentor, builder of teams, and cross-functional leader.Routinely bring high-quality, new products to market either independently or by driving a cross-functional team.Be an organizational leader who both identifies opportunities and delivers results against key company-level business objectives.Demonstrate a high level of influence, trust, and decision quality.Transcend organizational boundaries and proactively identify the best ways to contribute to our company's most important objectives.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional product management teams.Ability to collaborate and drive alignment across organizations from C-Levels through to engineers, designers, other product teams, and cross-functional teams.Skilled in effective mentorship to direct or indirect reports and cross-functional team members.Ability to initiate and drive emerging projects from strategy to completion.Ability to communicate results clearly and effectively across a matrix organization.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant years of experience.10+ years of product management experience at a technology company.Preferred Qualifications:Hands-on experience across the entire product lifecycle including defining product needs, prioritization, pre/post-launch execution.If you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please don’t be shy and provide us some

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $294,000-$441,000 annually.Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $279,000-$419,000 annually.Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $250,000-$375,000 annually. This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
