Interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Project Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design.Ensure that the Order Management System (OMS) is well designed using best practices to meet the scalability and reliability for growing global eCommerce.Provide technical leadership & mentorship for OMS development team.Design a solution that is scalable, adaptable and in-line with digital platform requirements, liaising effectively between IT & Business Leadership.Analyze business requirements, Lead in design sessions and code reviews of extensions and customizations of the Sterling OMS development framework.Develop, implement, and customize IBM Sterling Commerce Distributed Order Management and Inventory Visibility.Develop Java based extensions of Sterling OMS, Java/EE, XML, XSLT, and Oracle.Lead the services, devops, delivery, develop and implement Java Spring Boot Applications.Collaborate with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to extend the capabilities of the Sterling OMS platform.Monitor technical design across tracks. Drive technical sessions.Setup appropriate Monitoring & Alerting for OMS & Order Services platform, and associated integrations to ensure that speed and uptime are maintained at optimal levels at all times.Provide technical guidance to team on Sterling Web Store/ Sterling Web Call Center customizations Provide technical expertise in establishing processes and procedures to ensure standards are followed.Provide support for Production issues.100% telecommuting permitted. Candidate may reside anywhere in the U.S.40 hrs./week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and five (5) years of post-baccalaureate work experience in Information Technology.Of the required experience, must have five (5) years of experience in developing, implementing, and customizing IBM sterling Commerce Distributed Order Management and Inventory Visibility.Of the required experience, must have four (4) years of experience in all of the following:

Developing applications using Java, Spring boot, Servlet or Java Web Services;Developing RESTful APIs using JSON; and,Solution Design.

The typical hiring range for this position is from $182,312.00 – $202,312.00 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
