NOBULL is seeking a Content Creator to assist its rapidly growing Content, Social, and Creative teams. This individual will be responsible for video editing, animating, shooting content, and creating (polishing) unique and eye-catching assets to be utilized across all digital media platforms. A successful candidate will have an intimate understanding of social-first content, be eager to collaborate cross-functionally, and be a keeper of the NOBULL brand DNA. Concept, shoot, edit, and animate content in a social-first style. Creatively approach raw assets and polish/refine for final output. Quickly interpret feedback and follow a brief when needed, but also be able to think freely and bring original ideas to the table. Utilize best practices specs and be able to edit within platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Meta, etc. Be in tune with engagement and performance metrics to allow for optimization and channel growth. Collaborate with Graphic Designers and Video Editors to produce templates that can be customized and applied across a range of formats and deliverables. Create marketing campaign assets for web, email, digital advertising, and social media. Collaborate as needed with User Experience Designers to mock up web development concepts. Maintain and uphold the NOBULL brand DNA, mentality, and guidelines. Quickly interpret feedback, problem-solve, and effectively implement changes. Ability to prioritize multiple projects under tight timelines. Qualifications:
5+ years professional experience within a creative role with a focus on video. Agency or consumer brand experience is a plus. Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to convey complex messages in a simple, imaginative way (see above for portfolio requirements). Bachelor's Degree or above. Expert-level knowledge of Adobe’s Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Excellent attention to detail and organization.
