THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AWAITING YOU:
As Legal Counsel (fully qualified German lawyer) you protect the companies’ legal interest and maintain its operations within the scope established by law. This includes amongst other duties: Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of agreements along the entire value chain of a pharmaceutical company such as CDAs, Distribution & Marketing Agreements, HCP contracts and other service agreements Advice and support for marketing and medical projects, release of promotional and medical material (B2B, B2C) Providing business-focused and reliable legal advice to internal stakeholders (e.g. Partner Management, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial Excellence, Finance, Sales) on various legal topics Identifying training needs among business stakeholders and developing/ presenting training and education on relevant legal topics/ legal developments or use of existing templates Establishing and building good working relationships with internal clients based on mutual trust and respect and a comprehensive knowledge of the company's business, strategy and its needs and objectives Coordinating with and managing external counsel as required for advice in several jurisdictions Recognition and analysis of legal risks as well as the development and implementation of legally and economically sensible problem solutions for their avoidance WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Fully qualified Lawyer (German “Volljurist”) is a must, exam as “Rechtsanwalt*in” is preferred, focus on competition law, contract law, pharmaceutical and medical device law Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a law firm or in the industry with experience in the pharmaceutical industry Strong communication and presentation skills required Expertise in drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex contracts is also a must Business-oriented team player with intercultural competence, organizational skills and a customer focus Fluent in German and English (written and verbal), other foreign languages are a plus WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US:
