Administer probate estates, ensuring compliance with all necessary filings and documentation the probate court requires.Draft basic and sophisticated estate planning documents, incorporating estate and income tax planning, including irrevocable trusts.Lead in-person client meetings, demonstrating excellent client relationship skills.Provide legal advice and guidance on estate planning and administration matters.Stay informed about changes in estate planning laws and regulations.Requirements:
Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience as an Estate Planning and Administration Attorney.Licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or the Commonwealth of Virginia.Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Active license to practice law in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or the Commonwealth of Virginia.Skills:
