You will be part of an open and collaborative team of diverse professionals, working independently as well as collaborating within the Business Finance team.Your starting point for constant growthWe believe your starting point is:At least a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting3-5 years’ experience with strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, month end variance analysis, management reporting, reporting tools, revenue recognition, and stakeholder management.Experience with cost controlling and support functions is an advantage.Proactive collaboration with key stakeholders to develop management teams, reports, and processes.Strong Excel SkillsExcellent communication (written & oral), interpersonal and organizational skillsSet yourself apart by demonstrating the following attributes:Executive presenceDemonstrated leadership skillsStrong analytical skillsAn understanding of US GAAPAbility to lead meetings in a remote working environmentPeriodic travel may be required.This role is hybrid, expected to be in the office 2 - 3 days per week.Tasks and ResponsibilitiesBusiness Controlling Responsibilities:Support market leadership in business planning, budgeting, and forecastingMonitor business results and generate variance analysis for managementProvide management reporting on financial issuesEnsure correct month end results in compliance with Ramboll policy.Engage in Process Optimization for Business and Project ControllingAttend relevant meetings and provide qualified inputProvide financial advisory and contribute to business developmentSupport all levels of Management on Financial Project Management issuesNotify management on financial risks related to projectsProvide information for commercial decisionsCost Controlling Responsibilities:Provide decision-making support for Heads of Department & FD manage overhead costsDeliver timely and accurate monthly close; track risks and opportunitiesDrive continuous cost improvement mindset and support deliveryManage the budget and forecast process for these departmentsWelcome to our Support OrganizationIn Ramboll’s Support Functions, we take pride in keeping Ramboll running smoothly, providing support within areas like Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Communication, and Facility Management.Ramboll in AmericasFounded in Denmark, Ramboll is a people company with over 2,000 experts across more than 60 offices in the Americas delivering innovative solutions across various sectors.
