Great place to work®Tasks and Responsibilities:Demonstrate an ability to organize, operate and assume the risk of running a business with a focus on marketing and customer service.Create a credible retail sales team, plan to meet and exceed aggressive stated goals.Execute commercial business cases with the sales team.Drive lead generation and sales conversion, while optimizing operations delivery.Communicate regularly and openly with all stakeholders.Maintain and share with management an accurate pipeline report that forecasts future commercial business while driving residential follow up.Develop best practices that will add to the foundation of this rapid growth company.Perform in a high pressure, fast growth retail company environment.Build meaningful relationships with demanding internal and external clients.Job Requirements:Experience in retail and/or operations management and have led and developed a sales team.5-10 years of retail management experience preferred.Undergraduate degree preferred.A passion for the home improvement industry.Valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.Demonstrated Skills:Positive attitude and ability to communicate well with customers and colleagues.Bath Fitter is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to diversity in its hiring and business practices.
