Must be able to demonstrate an ability to organize, operate and assume the risk of running a business with a focus on marketing and customer serviceCreate credible retail sales team, plan to meet and exceed aggressive stated goalsExecute commercial business cases with sales teamDrive lead generation and sales conversion, while optimizing operations deliveryCommunicate regularly and openly with all stakeholdersMaintain and share with management an accurate pipeline report that honestly forecasts future commercial business while driving residential follow upWork to develop the set of best practices that will add to the foundation of this rapid growth companyPerform in high pressure, fast growth retail company environmentBuilding meaningful relationships with demanding internal and external clientsJob Requirements
Experienced in retail and/or operations management and have led and developed a sales team5-10 years of retail management experience preferredUndergraduate degree, preferredA passion for home improvement industryValid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving recordDemonstrated Skills
