Responsibilities:
The Strategy Consultant will support Barrow Wise's Federal Government project and perform the following duties:
Review the current DEIA strategic plan and progress on goals
Assist with the design, conduct, and interpret results from the environmental scan
Identify best practices to generate outcome-focused measures and metrics
Create and provide leadership with recommendations regarding the new DEIA Strategic Plan
Identify priority objectives - define the aspirations for each Opportunity Area (5 C's)
Create supporting strategies - describe the means to achieving these objectives
Create metrics and describe the parameters used to evaluate and measure each objective
Provide recommendations to leadership, program leads, and divisions and offices
Provide strategies and guidance to leadership
Analyze historical documents and data to generate and recommend outcome-focused performance measures
Convert data and information into strategies to align with the DEIA initiatives for leadership to develop the strategic plan as well as divisions and offices to develop their action plans
Create templates for the Divisions and Office to use for early warning signs that a goal or objective in the Plan is in danger of being missed and requires action, encouraging information sharing and engagement across the divisions and offices
Establish a methodology to obtain feedback from the stakeholders on the success of consulting and other activities
Work remotely
An ideal candidate has the following:
U.S. Citizenship
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Certifications in various DEIA topics and experience in DEIA projects
A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience working in the financial sector
