Work-life balance Work Environment & Format The Quality Assurance Lead position is a hybrid role from either our Monterey, CA or Reno, NV offices. Hybrid schedule is 3 days in office (Monday through Wednesday) and 2 days from home. Job Overview We are looking for a QA lead who is passionate about software testing. He/she will work with both internal and external resources to coordinate large testing efforts, researching and selecting testing tools, helping the development team to adopt new practices and tools. This person will also play a big role in testing automation and make sure the software releases meet all the performance metrics and standards. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science degree or equivalent. 5+ years of experience in software testing, test case development, and automated testing. 3+ years of mentoring, training, or supervisory responsibilities. In depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, both automated and manual, as well as test case development and management, automated test frameworks, performance testing software, and issue tracking software. Preferred Insurance industry experience Working knowledge of Guidewire Insurance Suite Salary Range:
$85,284 - $140,718 The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions.
