This is a hybrid position within the Strategy & Innovation team. CIG is a west coast-based organization doing business in California, Washington, Oregon, Arizona, and Nevada.
Job Overview
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading project teams to deliver project(s) that span across one or more departments or business units. Manage resources, schedules, and budgets, as well as adhere to project governance and control guidelines as established by the EPMO throughout the project life cycle. This also includes management of issues, risks, and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. Key contributor to process improvement initiatives as they relate to improving project delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, Computer Science or comparable
Project Management Certificate – PMP, PRINCE2, or similar
Agile Certification – CSM, ACP, or similar
Minimum of 4 to 6 years leading programs or projects of at least $2mm annually, preferably within the Insurance Industry
Salary Range:
$95,825 - $158,111
The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as benefits and bonus programs.
