Job DescriptionSecurity OfficerGuardian and Protector. You ensure the safety and wellbeing of your fellow employees, guests and visitors. You are attentive, efficient and committed, and will ensure your property remains a safe, enjoyable workplace and travel destination.

What you will be doing:Ensure the overall safety and security of the guests, employees and property premisesInvestigate and report any violations to law/property policy, occurrences of accidents, complaints, criminal activity and crisis situationsConduct regular floor patrols, cash counts and crowd controlAssist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
Your experience and skills include:Relevant hospitality security experience is an assetStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableExcellent customer service skillsOral & written proficiency in the English languageExperience in CPR, AED, First Aid training is an assetMust have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the security/safety fieldMust have a basic understanding of computer operations
