WWC Global is seeking a fully remote Recruiting Associate to support our worldwide operation - building our networks and sourcing applicants to attract and retain the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline aligned with our brand identity. The Recruiting Associate will work alongside recruiters to identify critical skill sets, develop successful job postings, identify successful networks, and actively comply with WWC Global processes and applicable employment regulations.The Recruiting Associate is responsible for assisting the recruiting and human resources departments as it pertains to employee recruitment and pre-onboarding. They are responsible for maintaining applicant records and documentation, completing data entry tasks, and talent search and sourcing. Additionally, the Recruiting Associate is responsible for daily administrative tasks of the recruiting department.The day-to-day responsibilities of a Recruiting Associate also include working directly with recruiters, hiring managers, supervisors, candidates, and employees.
