Anatomage offers 3D medical imaging software and hardware for diagnosis, treatment planning, customized surgical devices, and anatomy education in both the dental and medical industries.About the Role:As a Human Resources Manager with a specialization in Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization by identifying and attracting top talent. You will lead the full-cycle recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. As a Human Resources manager, you will also play a key role in overseeing other HR functions and processes to foster a positive workplace culture.*This is an on-site position and will require reporting to our headquarters location in Santa Clara, CA.*What You’ll DoDirect, manage, and motivate a team of talent acquisition specialists to deliver a consistent and quality interview experience for candidates including:Identifying job requirements and applicant qualificationsCreating and updating job descriptionsPosting job vacanciesPre-screening resumesScheduling and conducting virtual and in person interviewsChecking references and background checks and verifying educational degreesExtending job offersCoordinating new hire orientation for prospective employeesMaking updated recommendations to interview guides and pre-screen questionnaires as the interview process changesBuild and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for multiple corporate and retail positionsReview resumes, conduct pre-interview screens and conduct virtual and onsite interviews to make recommendations to hiring managersCoordinate onsite and virtual interviews with candidates and hiring managersApprove and send offer letters to prospective employees and coordinate onboardingAct as an internal consultant to hiring managers by providing guidance throughout the recruiting processProvide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting processGenerate and analyze hiring reports for company leadershipBuild and rollout various talent acquisition programs to hire from target and strategic talent poolsManage company career websites such as Glassdoor, LinkedIn and Indeed to ensure current and engaging information regarding the company’s public imageStay up-to-date on innovative recruiting trends and practicesCreate and maintain an inspiring vision for Anatomage employment messagingEstablish clear performance metrics and reporting to evaluate success and impact of diversity and retention initiativesEnhance our onboarding experience by designing a structured and branded orientation process for new hiresCreate processes to identify internal talent for promotion opportunities and succession planningOversee, maintain and implement all aspects of current and future applicant tracking systemsCreate and maintain job descriptions for all positions within the companyOther duties as assignedQualities We Look For:Strategic thinkingLeadership skillsCommunication skillsProblem-Solving skillsEmployee RelationsRecruitment and Talent AcquisitionRegulatory ComplianceCollaborative ApproachTalent Strategy Development:Plan for current workforce needs by identifying gaps in existing employee rostersIdentify how many candidates and managers are necessary to hire for each position/locationWork with all departments to make recommendations for reductions in workforce needs depending on store sales forecastsIdentify new corporate positions necessary for company growth throughout expansion effortsLearn and maintain knowledge of all labor laws we operate in to ensure company compliance at the federal, state and local levelMinimum Education and Experience Required:Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field5+ years of progressive experience with full-cycle recruiting including 2 years of managing in-house full-cycle recruiting2+ years experience supporting multi-site recruiting needs, preferably within the retail, service, or manufacturing industryQualifications:Proven success developing and deploying multi-level talent acquisition strategiesAbility to think strategically and effectively communicate at the executive levelPossess a keen attention to detailDemonstrated ability to effectively motivate and develop direct reportsExcellent communication and organizational aptitudeAbility to pass a pre-employment background checkFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).Work Environment:Job duties will primarily include working indoorsEmployees may be exposed to difficult or stressful vendors and/or customer situations requiring patience and professionalism to effectively handleWork duties may require sedentary activities, active standing, stooping and/or kneelingWhat We OfferHealth, Dental, and Vision care for you and your family401K savings plan with employer matchingGenerous PTO leave and paid holidaysCasual work cultureCollaborative and inclusive work environmentAnatomage is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
