We're looking for an experienced Regional Director to join our Southeast team. Reporting to the RVP, you'll lead a team to maximum potential. You will help coach and increase sales excellence within the Southeast Majors team.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related field.

8+ years of direct sales leadership experience in software/SaaS space.

Experience building successful sales teams.

Sales process and methodology around territory planning, assessment, and resource allocation.

Willingness to travel within the region - approximately 50%.

Understanding of both business and people, including their drivers and success factors.

Ability to understand the value and return on investment of installed and proposed products and solutions.
