Position: Marketing Associate Location: Reston Job Type: Full Time Key Responsibilities: ● Assist in the creation, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing efforts. ● Develop engaging content for various platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and marketing collateral. Collaborate with the design team to create visual content. ● Manage and monitor the company’s social media accounts. Create and schedule posts, respond to comments and messages, and analyze performance metrics. ● Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape. Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing strategies. ● Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and CRM software. Prepare reports to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI. ● Assist in planning and organizing company events, webinars, and trade shows. Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and follow-up activities. ● Help design and distribute email marketing campaigns. Manage email lists, create compelling email content, and analyze campaign results. ● Ensure consistency in the company’s brand messaging across all marketing channels. Help maintain brand guidelines and standards in all marketing materials. ● Work closely with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with company goals. ● Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing marketing assets, and handling correspondence. Requirements: ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. ● 1-2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related role. ● Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools) is a plus. ● Strong written and verbal communication skills. ● Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. ● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
