Senior Manager – IT Finance Systems – SAP RTR_FICO
to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.Your Role:The Senior Manager – IT Finance Systems – SAP RTR_FICO will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and control of Reynolds Consumer Products financial systems and applications. Responsibilities will include leading projects and supporting cross-functional programs. We embrace and accept individual experiences and backgrounds to achieve a diverse and inclusive workplace.You will have the opportunity to:Provide thought leadership on best practices/emerging technologies for Finance functions.Support, plan, execute, and manage IT project deliverables by partnering with internal and external resources.Accountable for the design and governance of SAP S/4 FICO and RTR business processes.Develop and deploy new processes and system configuration.Assist in designing the financial systems roadmap including migration to SAP S/4.Play a key role on the Finance work stream for upcoming migration to SAP S/4.Drive implementation of software from solution design through hypercare leveraging internal resources and external systems integrators as required.Support business process improvement and technology support across Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations, and Internal Audit and Cross-Functional Finance integration.Manage relationships with the Finance clients.Partner with Cybersecurity to minimize risk to RCP when partnering with software providers.In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to address problems and ensure quality solutions ultimately influencing individuals within and outside the IT department and making a significant impact on our business.
