Our team consists of problem solvers and go-getters who are dedicated to being service-oriented and solving important problems.About the Role:The SAP Finance Functional Leader plays a vital role in leading the effective design, implementation, optimization, and maintenance of SAP Finance (FI/CO) solutions. This leader drives process improvement, system enhancements, and ensures the SAP landscape aligns with the organization's strategic and financial objectives. The ideal candidate excels in SAP system expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and project management.Responsibilities Include:Project Leadership:

Lead SAP FI/CO implementation projects, upgrades, and ongoing system enhancements. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet user requirements.Solution Design:

Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into detailed functional specifications, and design innovative SAP solutions to improve financial processes.System Configuration:

Perform in-depth configuration of SAP FI/CO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling, and relevant integration touchpoints.Process Excellence:

Analyze existing financial processes, identify areas for improvement, and optimize SAP functionality to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.Troubleshooting and Support:

Provide expert-level support for SAP FI/CO issues, working closely with users and the technical team to identify root causes and implement timely solutions.Documentation and Training:

Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, process guides, and training materials to support end-users. Conduct training sessions to ensure effective adoption of SAP solutions.Vendor Management:

Collaborate with external SAP consultants and vendors to manage relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements.About The Pay:Base Salary Range: $140,000 - $160,000 AnnuallyAnnual Bonus ProgramEquity401(k) Profit SharingMedical, Dental, Vision & More!Final compensation will be determined based upon experience and skills and may vary based on location.About You:Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.Experience:

7+ years of experience in SAP FI/CO, with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations.Technical Skills:

Deep understanding of SAP FI/CO modules and their configurations. Expertise in integrating SAP FI/CO with other SAP modules (SD, MM, etc.).Project Management:

Proven ability to lead and successfully deliver complex SAP implementation projects.Business Acumen:

Strong understanding of core financial processes and how SAP technology supports them.Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.Problem-Solving:

Analytical mindset with a focus on identifying and resolving complex system issues.Desired Skills:Experience with S/4HANA FinanceFamiliarity with business intelligence (BI) toolsIndustry-specific knowledge or certifications
