The members of our team exceed in collaborative environments, seek answers through data analysis, and examine all scenarios to achieve results.About the Role:Director, Store Training Strategy is responsible for developing and implementing training programs to improve our Training Store Operator Program and increase the efficacy of the AOTs (Aspiring Operators in Training) that are learning in their stores. This role reports to the Chief New Store Growth Officer.Responsibilities Include:Assessing needs: Evaluating business needs, pipeline goals and training needs, and aligning training with the organization's overall goalsDeveloping programs: Creating and managing training budgets, and developing and implementing training programsSelecting materials: Reviewing and selecting training materials from vendorsSelecting tools: Reviewing and selecting training tools for TSO’s development and partner with AOT Readiness team to collaborate and align goalsOverseeing training: Overseeing training and ensuring compliance with AOT Readiness checklistEvaluating effectiveness: Evaluating the effectiveness of training programsMonitoring trends: Monitoring industry trends and researching training techniquesAbout The Pay:Base Salary Range: $125,000 - $150,000 AnnuallyAnnual Bonus ProgramEquity401(k) Profit SharingMedical, Dental, Vision & More!Final compensation will be determined based upon experience and skills and may vary based on location.About You:At least 7-10 years in training vertical, 3-5 in a leadership roleExperience with Microsoft Office, Canva, or other relevant tools for content creationExperience building simulation-based training a plusDesigned and implemented training programs for multi-unit businessRetail or franchise experience a plus
