HR Coordinator
to provide direct support to the HR team. The HR Coordinator is a vital role to ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the corporate HR Department and will be responsible for the execution of a variety of HR-related transactions.
Job Responsibilities:Responds timely and accurately to employee requests and/or routes requests to appropriate resources.Processes various paper and electronic forms related to documenting human resources activities such as new-hire onboarding, change-of-status, benefits, termination of employment, etc.Maintains employee records for completeness and accuracy. Inputs and validates employment and personal data into human resources information/computer system (HRIS) database and/or documents activities as requested.Generates employee documents for onboarding, changes, and termination processes.Assists employees with verifications of employment and basic benefit and policy questions.Assists and coordinates various recruitment efforts for the HR Business Partners: reviews resumes, schedules WebEx and in-person interviews with applicants, sends/follows-up with email confirmations, and performs overall duties to ensure a positive and welcoming interview experience.Provides support to HR team for new hire orientations, new hire paperwork administration, employee surveys, acquisitions, and other HR-related initiatives.Provides administrative support to HR employee engagement programs, employee events, and other initiatives.Assists HR team with various HR projects, compliance reports, and analytics.Identifies opportunities for best practices and process improvement.Maintains understanding and knowledge of general legal landscape relating to HR and H2M’s policies and procedures.Maintains the highest level of confidentiality and demonstrates a strong ethical commitment to the Human Resources profession at all times.Promotes a high level of professional standards and positive attitude, follows through on all projects assigned, maintains positive interpersonal relations, and adopts a problem-solving approach in all situations.Additional responsibilities as assigned.Education & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree required, HR Management or related degree highly desirable.1-3 years of HR or related experience, preferably within the service industry or engineering field.Exceptional oral and written communication skills.Ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization including Sr. Level Executives.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and shift priorities based on business needs or requests.Ability to make independent decisions and handle difficult workplace situations in a calm and discreet manner.Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail; strong follow-up skills a must.Excellent record-keeping habits with a keen eye for data inconsistencies.The
salary range
for this role is $58,500 -
$70,000 annually.The employment offer may deviate from this published range based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, specialty, knowledge, education, geography and/or related certifications – not related to any applicant’s characteristics
