Pay Rate:

Assist with business cases and elicit, analyze, arrange, translate, simplify business requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies. Requires a good understanding of systems and engineering concepts, strong verbal communication, and technical writing skills. Performs routine troubleshooting for instrument connected PCs, maintains user account security, assists with instrument qualification activities, performs audit trail reviews, and data integrity risk assessments. Responsible for annual account recertification activities and coordinating audit responses. Responsible for the entire lifecycle of instrument PC maintenance activities.Minimum Qualifications:May require a bachelor’s degree in a related area and 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.Required Skills:1. Strong Desktop support skills2. Ability to work independently and manage workload to prioritize3. Working in a GxP environment is a plus4. Knowledge of instrument/software qualification process is a plus.Nice to Have Skills:1. GxP experience2. GxP instrument qualification experience3. Strong skills in vendor relations.
